Loved our stay at DAMAC Paramount Tower B! The modern apartment was so cozy, with an unbelievable view of the Burj Khalifa and the whole Dubai skyline. At night, the city lights were breathtaking. The best part? We didn't need to go out, we enjoyed trying the many great bars and restaurants right inside the building. A fantastic, convenient, and memorable experience.

Do I need a DTCM holiday-home permit?
Yes. Every short-let unit in Dubai must be registered with the Department of Economy and Tourism. We register the property, hold the permit on your behalf and manage every renewal, so you stay fully compliant.
How much can my property earn?
It depends on the community, size and finish. After a short assessment we give you a projection built from live occupancy and rate data for comparable homes, not a generic promise.
What does management cost?
A single management fee agreed upfront, taken from booking income. No sign-up cost, no per-task charges, and cleaning is billed at cost. Your monthly statement itemises everything.
Can I still use my own apartment?
Of course. Block any dates you like through the owner dashboard and the calendar closes to guests. It is your home first, an income property second.
