Pinnacle Signature Properties L.L.C is a Dubai-licensed real-estate brokerage operating under a Dubai Department of Economic Development trade license. Office: Port Saeed, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2. What we collect
- Identity & contact data: name, email, phone number, nationality, residency status.
- Enquiry data: property of interest, budget, intended use (sale, off-plan, management).
- Transaction data: copies of Emirates ID, passport, proof of address and source-of-funds documentation when required by UAE AML rules.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed (collected for analytics and security only).
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange viewings.
- To prepare and process sale, lease or management agreements.
- To comply with UAE law: including Ejari, DLD title transfer, and AML / CFT obligations.
- To send you property updates you have asked for. You can opt out at any time.
4. Legal basis
We process your data under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (Personal Data Protection Law, PDPL) on the basis of your consent, contractual necessity, or to comply with legal obligations.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- The owner or landlord of a property you have asked to view (name and contact details only).
- Government bodies where required: Dubai Land Department, Dubai Economy & Tourism, banks and lenders for mortgage processing.
- Service providers who help us run the business (hosting, email, CRM, document signing) under written confidentiality terms.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 36 months after your last contact, transaction documents for 8 years (UAE AML requirement), and analytics data for 26 months.
7. Your rights
Under the UAE PDPL you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete data we no longer have a legal reason to hold.
- Object to specific uses, including marketing.
